I offer Restorative Vinyasa yoga classes to students of all levels. A Restorative Vinyasa class includes time for meditation, strength and flexibility training (asana), and breathwork (pranayama). We will be able to work together to determine your goals and address any challenges you face. My teaching style is very patient, comforting, supportive. I have been teaching for over 4 years and have been practicing for over 15. I would love to bring the practice to wherever you are.
Yoga for me is about connection. My personal practice is about connecting mind, body, and spirit. My teaching practice is about connecting with the community around me and allowing yoga to find its way into people's lives. I especially love teaching to new students and seeing the impact in can have in their physical and emotional bodies.
