What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start each program with an overall assessment of health and wellness. This includes assessing the following:
-Exercise history and movement assessment. This helps to guide us in developing your program and identify underlying issues.
-Nutrition assessment. We will deep dive you current habits and supplementation.
-Stress and Sleep evalutation. These are two of the most overlooked areas when it comes to achieving your goals.
-Body fat assessment to determine true goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Health and Exercise Sciences. I worked for Life Time Fitness for 13 years and have been working at my current business Urban Cycle and Fitness for 2+ years. I am acertified corrective exercise specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach, Schwinn and Beat Boss Cycle certified.
Many years of working with various clientele, across all age ranges has made me very comfortable working with many populations.
