About
I appreciate watching the transformation that occurs in students after they have practiced yoga for awhile. One of the most notable changes that occurs for my students is increased body and emotional awareness. When we improve our self awareness we are better equipped to transform ourselves.
I enjoy working one on one with students who are interested in creating a regular yoga practice. My goal is to hold space for students so they are better able to feel energetic shifts within their mind, body and spirit. When we shift our energy through the practice of yoga we are able to bring about meaningful changes in our lives.
