About
I am a yoga teacher with 800 hours of training (registered with the Yoga Alliance), 8 years of practice and 4 years of teaching. I love to teach all types of students. My clients range from stroke victims to American Ninja Warriors. One on one instruction is allows for classes tailored to your needs.
My goal is to hold space for my students to explore their minds, energy and bodies from a place of love. The classes are intention based, weaved with alignment and approachable philosophy, with an emphases on self-love and connecting with the body. While the practice is serious, there is always laughter and a lighthearted feel during class.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our work together begins with a 30-minute consultation. This can be done in person, or via Skype for my globetrotters. This will give you the opportunity to discuss your health-related goals, needs, and desires. I will go over the packages that I offer and how I can help you achieve your best reality. You can book a consultation and a class for the same day, but this "get-to-know-you" period is necessary so I can best serve you! That being said, this is a no pressure meeting.
You'll be free to ask questions without the intimidation of a public class setting. This way you can really learn the alignment and the ins and outs on what yoga is.
The class will be tailored to fit your needs. You select the amount of time you want to work together (45 minutes - 1.5 hours), and the style will be based on the information presented in the consultation. Private instruction could be guided mediation, mindfulness work, Hatha yoga, chair yoga, flow, arm balances, a combination/everything in between! And if you don't know what any of that is, don't worry, I'll teach you;)
