I’ve been practicing yoga for over 11 years and have been meditation under my father’s teachings since I was a young child. I have always been drawn to health and teaching was an undeniable destiny. I’m an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and a YACEP through Yoga Alliance. I practice and teach Restorative yoga, Hatha/Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Gentle yoga, Prenatal yoga, mommy and baby yoga, and children yoga.
I’m also a Level one Sommelier, so I often join yoga and wine tasting for fun parties along with hosting retreats abroad and domestically in the U.S.
