Yoga & Life Coaching, The Change Artist
About
I am very passionate about helping people, whether it be yoga, meditation, hypnosis, changing an old belief pattern.
Change is hard work and I believe we can.
We can heal our past and forgive ourselves and others so we may move into the future with love.
It all starts NOW.
When did leave feeling better than when they came.
It is not a magic bullet, it takes time, and we work together to come up with the best direction possible.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Easy, slow and stop. We take our time and rest in between poses. I will show you the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained in an ashram (India's school) in a residential
class that allowed me to learn in the environment of a Yogi.
I also trained in Sedona for my Life Coaching, energy work,
and Reiki as a student in another residential program. I learn
better when I am immersed in it.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
yes, I offer a price that's affordable and I come to you.
My space is limited at home and don't have a studio.
I do offer price incentives for packages. We cannot change in
a single session, sorry, it takes work and it's a process.
How did you get started teaching?
I was fustrated at my Travel Companion Service one evening and read my Yoga Journal cover to cover and I saw an ad that
spoke to me in volumes to become a Yoga teacher! I knew that was for me. My training has evolved into life coaching,
hypnotherapy, energy work, the blood type diet, and I also
am an officiant. I LOVE what I do, I LOVE helping people, I
light UP*****
What types of students have you worked with?
All walks of life, but most people come to me when they have
tried everything else. I'm their last chance, they are tired and
exhausted and want to change.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped a person who promised themselves they would travel and see the world since he beat his cancer. The trouble was he was afraid of heights, hence flying and climbing was a challenge. We worked together and found out he was terrified when his mother took him to the top of a NY buidling. We healed that event and then in hypnosis/trance I instructed his subconscious mind that he was fearless when flying and climbing. It was so nice to receive a text from him from Peru after he and his wife went zip-lining through the mountains.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Trust your gut, ask questions, pick up the phone and talk to the person. Email the person, get a feel of the person and if you resonate with them that's your clue.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do you want to achieve? What are you willing to bring to the table? Know that's it's a process and it takes time, courage and work to change. We can change and I believe that with all my heart. Be open to receive and trust.
