About this pro

My name is Faith and I have made it a life goal of mine to help others get in tune with their mind and body through movement! Yoga has changed my entire life and mindset. It has helped me with self dicipline, depression, and ultimately living a healthier lifestyle. I have always been an active person but when I first found yoga in 2015... it spoke directly to my heart and I was hooked. A lot of people get into yoga for the physical aspects but after some difficult times in my life I decided to start this new journey of yoga and it changed my whole mentality... the physical benefits came later! I dove right in and poured my whole heart into my practice. I have gone through over 500 hours of advanced yoga teacher training and in 2016 became a 500hr RYT(registered yoga teacher) at an amazing studio called Cloud 9 in Temecula California. I am also a Reiki Master and do healings through the power of touch. My first Reiki experience was so powerful it helped me let go of so much build up that no longer served me so I love to be able to share that with others as well. After living in Southern California for a couple of years I deciced to move back home to St. Louis Missouri. Since moving back I got trained in CPR and began teaching private yoga lessons as well as teaching at a gym! I also dance with hula hoops which can be very tiring on the body so to balance it out I do yoga asanas. I can also teach hoop dancing if you are interested in combining your practice with a moving meditation! I help a lot of beginners with starting their practice so you need 0 experience to move with me! Your journey has to start somewhere!

I hope our paths cross and we get to start a beautiful practice together!

Love and Light! ❤️

Namaste,

Faith

The thing I enjoy most about what I do is hearing positive feedback from my students and knowing that I genuinly made a difference in their life!

When I first started my Yoga journey it was hard! I was about 70 lbs heavier and couldnt really get a good grasp on the concepts of yoga and how it could help me. and then FAITH! I walked into one of her classes and was instantly greeted with a warm smile she is encouraging, balanced, and makes you feel the calm while building the strength! Its great to go to class and feel like your teacher truly cares and that is definitely Faith !!!

Faith has bubbly energy and makes yoga a fun experience. I can't do some of the intense stretches and Faith is able to customize a program that works for me, so I feel like I get the most out of it.
