I believe my services stand out because of my unique teaching style. With a background in gymnastics, dance, chinese pole & aerial arts I am able to incorperate a multitude of styles into my yoga practice while still staying true to the fundimenrals of yoga.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students I encourge a free consultation before scheduling a Yoga session via questionier, phone call, email or text message. As a yoga instructor with a dynamic background I like to be able to meet all of the individuals needs so that after our session the student is enthusiastic about scheduling another session. Each session is created for the students body type, fitness goals & personal prefrence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Yoga instructor.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching yoga to young children at daycares & elementry schools. I gradually begain teaching to parents and children,offering mommy/daddy and me yoga sessions to create a bond between parents & their children.
I began teaching private sessions & group yoga to individuals intrested in the physical & mental aspects of yoga.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've recently exspanded my teaching at events opened to yoga classes for all ages and skill levels. Most recent clients have been college sudents & elder clients.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
For National Helth Awareness Month i was invited to teach a Yoga series to the Ladies of Beta Delta.
