About
Namaste! My name is Margie Sanders. I have been in love with yoga for many years. My own daily yoga practice is very special to me and continues to grow. I love to teach group classes, private in home sessions and the occasional workshop. My style is a mix of traditional Hatha yoga and Vinyasa flow with a meditative and mindful sivasana (final relaxation) at the end. My classes are written in advance and change for each session we are together. You can expect a challenging, fun, feel good session every time!
I love that I get to help people find peace, confidence and joy within their own bodies.

I am certified to instruct private and public yoga classes through yogafit, an internationally recognized organization. Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The price for a private session runs between $35 and $65 or $40 to $85 for group sessions.
How did you get started teaching?
I began practicing yoga after the birth of my first child in 2010. I loved how it made me feel. After years of insomnia I was finally sleeping again. I also began gaining strength and flexibility I didn't think was possible for my body. Over the next five years my practice developed gradually gaining in frequency and duration until I was practicing five days a week or more. After seeing the countless benefits in my life I decided to complete a yoga teacher certification program to begin sharing all that I had learned over the years.
What types of students have you worked with?
My current schedule includes pre-school yoga, adult yoga and private lessons.
