Here we do training a little differently, we combine a wholistic and engaging approach to create world class athletes in any capacity. We specialize in soccer and basketball but we also do general strength training that can be applicable to all walks of life. We are a relatively new company and have worked with a few athletes who have seen exceptional results. We use a wide range of traditional techniques including weight lifting, plyometrics, sprint/running as well as more nuanced techniques like breath work and solidifying mind muscle connection.
