About
Welcome! I am a registered yoga teacher, a certified professional life coach, and a trained Toxicologist.
In general the principals of self-mastery through motion, self-reflection, and spiritual awareness are part of my approach to each lesson.
I’ve been a private yoga teacher and environmental wellness advocate for nearly 4 years. Each lesson is an individual experience that focuses on mindset or mindfulness, and can be tailored for you.
This is my main hobby so I’m excited to teach and learn from my students. Each class is conducted virtually unless otherwise organized. I also provide virtual group classes that can be conducted at a local site as needed.
Just to make sure you are taken care of, your first class comes with a money back guarantee. So far no one has ever used it. I am doing this to help as many people as possible find a greater degree of self-mastery and truth in the process of learning themselves.
**Please note for the month of October, I will only be taking Life Coaching clients focused on purpose, stress management, and resilience. I will also take prearranged yoga and volleyball lesson requests on a weekly basis.
My nearest availability is the week of Oct 6th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first call/meeting we will discuss your goals, any injuries and how we will track and create SMART goals for you.
Every lesson comes with a complete money back guarantee within 24 hours of the lesson (to ensure every client is happy with their lessons). No client has had to use it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a toxicologist, health/life coach, yoga teacher, former collegiate volleyball player, and someone who has had to rebuild my health; it is my goal to be a force for good in the lives of my clients. I'm also a tennis and basketball hobbyist. I do not currently offer tennis and basketball lessons
In addition to yoga and meditation, I offer consults on environmental awareness and tutoring/mentoring in STEM subjects.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most sessions are $20-$349. Prices vary for intensives, pre-paid groups, and personalized in-home sessions. Ask about our pre-paid subscription package deals, where you can book 10 classes for less than 30 dollars a class.
Meditation classes and coaching are distinct offerings and costs are per session. For 2024, they are starting at $75 and up for integrated sessions. You can bring up to one friend to your integrated lesson for yoga and group coaching. These lessons are comprehensive and typically take a commitment to 3-5 sessions. This is so you can track your progress and we can make appropriate adjustments together.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching about 4 years ago after a health injury left me benched and bruised.
I was having difficulty walking and talking. My legs were like a light switch flipping on and off sometimes without warning.
On the path to discovering and trying to restore full function in my legs and mind, I started teaching yoga. At first, I just read and tried poses (many that I failed to complete and modified to meet my wobbling legs where they were at).
But as the pandemic started and progressed yoga became more accessible to everyone remotely, I started to regain strength and balance.
Now I want to help others going through complicated and often unspoken challenges reconnect and heal.
After about 3 years, I have regained function and clarity thanks to some fundamental changes in my life like devotion, detoxification, yoga, and meditation. I am back to many of the activities I did before like the occasional volleyball game and walking.
It is my goal, to share this hope for a better day today with anyone who will listen. Though I admit I can be shy.
I offer lessons based on my experiences/expertise. I want these classes to be accessible for those who need them: old or young, high mobility or low.
Remember, when I started I was only able to stand, shake, fall, and sit. So we can certainly sculpt an individualized or group class to meet you where you are.
Looking forward to seeing you show up for yourself soon! Until then I'm rooting for you from a far.
