I have been into the art of kickboxing for the past 9 years and I teach my students to discover themselves in the art of kickboxing, discovering their own unique style and making them spontaneous, developing great reflex and great physique and stamina through series of an intense skills/technique training routine. "I teach you to flow like water"
What I enjoy about the art is the fact that it gives me chance to help people I teach to discover their hidden potentials and I also have passion for the art..... Being able to make the body move so spontaneous and keeping fit.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
In the first 4 weeks, I focus on the core foundation of the art which is a good form. I take the students through basics like 1- 2movements, basic punches, basic kicks, guards(Defense techniques), footwork, cardio training (HIIT) for optimal stamina etc. This is to ensure the "house being built is on a solid foundation".
When a student masters this basic moves then we can start working on actual combinations of punching and kicking.... From there "the ship sails" and we train on the journey to perfection because "perfection is a journey and not a destination"
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a kickboxer in Nigeria for more than 9 years and I've also been into calisthenics training
