In person: Training for different ages, levels, male or female. For adult's training and/or consult: $350 per session for 1 trainee - discount available for long term commitment $200 per session, $200 each for 2 or 3 trainees. 4 or more trainees Semi-private / small group personal training sessions $150 each per session. Only 1 session commitment. Includes some exercise selection suggestions /guidelines. see possible additional fees below. Also available not in person Nutrition Coaching with workouts program consults. For Kid's Fitness & Athletic Development Training: $100 per session for 1 trainee, $75 each for more than 1 trainee. Basketball Instruction and Training: My rate is $100 for a Basketball session or $150 for a longer session for private sessions. Semi-private / small group sessions are $75 per trainee for a session or $100 per person per session for longer sessions. Adding atleast 1 other person to do drills with and compete against can help you improve and make the session better. Ask if I have others interested to form a small semi-private training group session or form your own. Total can then be split between trainees. Suggested Minimum session commitment. see possible additional fees below. For adults training: $350 per session for 1 trainee, $200 per session per trainee for 2 or 3 trainees. $175 per session for 4 or more trainees per session. Only 1 session commitment. Includes some exercise selection suggestions /guidelines. see possible additional fees below. There is a travel fee. The travel fee can be split between trainees. If parking is difficult, inconvenient, etc. at the location any parking fees are additional.
