Akeem is very professional and thorough in the work he does. When I first started, I had not an ounce of experience in kick boxing. He asked me about my fitness and kick boxing goals in which he made a quick and accurate assessment about what I needed. The strength and conditioning warmups are no joke but it really helped me build my endurance. He really toughened me up and I’m forever grateful for his teachings. I even lost a few pounds in the process of training with him.
