I teach all ages and abilities.
The beauty of this ancient practice is, it can be adapted to anybody regardless of one’s physical condition, ability, or age.
I offer a safe and gentle practice, focusing on alignment and breathe.
I teach with props if needed: belts, blankets, blocks, wall, to ease into asana or pose. No two students are the same as no two bodies are the same so the teacher must be mindful of the students needs.
As a teacher of yoga I am grateful to serve the student.

I love teaching yoga because of the affect it has on my students.
The poses bring release and breathe. Opening the body, lengthening the body, flexing the body brings renewed energy or Prana.
This affect transformed me, this is why I became a teacher.
