About this pro

Our goal is for you to feel relax while gaining strength and having fun. Classes are personalized and catered for you according to you wants and needs. A 10 minutes introduction upon first session to talk about trauma and injuries and we can work for 60 or 90 minutes.

To see the smile on my client faces is everything to me. I've been practicing yoga for over a decade and what I discovered during my journey is that as teachers we never stop being students ourselves. The beauty of Yoga is that like life itself, it has its ups and downs and the better we learn to move better we get out of tuff situations.
