Perosnal Trainer - Ahmad Saleh
About
Training individuals to reach their maximum physical and mental potential is my passion. As a professional trainer, I will help you achieve the following:
1- I will help you get in great physical shape.
2- I will train you to become a great martial arts fighter so you can better defend yourself when needed.
3- And most importantly, I will help you develop a clearer, stronger and more focused way of thinking and seeing things. In short, I will help you rebuild yourself from the inside out. Unlike other trainers who only focus on the physical aspect of training, I prefer to focus on both the physical and mental aspect as I am a strong believer that they are both interconnected in so many ways. When you are mentally and physically strong, there is nothing that can get in your way.
