What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like my new student or client to be dedicated and consistent. This is the only way they will see results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a national certified personal trainer and I have worked for the best fitness training club in the US ( Equinox Fitness ) for 3 years.
I am certified Brown Belt under Renzo Gracie in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I am certifed in Kickboxing, Kettlebells training, strength and Conditioning, Tae Kwon Do Balck Belt.

Yes, I do but I am also able to help client depending on what they need and I can work to accomodate them.
How did you get started teaching?
It was easy because I 've always enjoyed Fitness and Martial Arts. I started helping out 30 years ago at my 1st Martial Arts school. I worked at the best gym in America (Equinox Fitness) for 3 years and decided it was time for me to start my own when I felt I couldn't move up anymore and can improve the training I can provide for my clients with no corporate restrictions.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types from kids 4 to Grandpas :-) 78
I teach classess daily for 4-8 Group 9-12 and adults 6 days a week and I enjoy it so much.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
When I saw my client Sal lost 30 lbs and he is happier than ever. His wife and kids are so healthy he became so healthty minded because they all look at to him and for a while lost the desire to be healthy since the leader was not. Now, the whole family is back to a healthy path and it became a family event. The whole family comes to me now.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Try them out first because you have to be comfortable with your trainer.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
THINK about your fitness goals (short, middle and long term) Ask questions how the trainer think he can help achieve your goal. Dont be afraid ask any questions because you are entitiled to ask any questions to be comfortable.
