My gym consists of HIIT based workouts which include cardio, reststance bands, bodyweight movements and functional exercises. It is absolutley guaranteed to give results like no other gym. We have classes and I do personal training.
Jake gave me one of the best training sessions I've ever had. I've been struggling trying to find a good trainer in the area and I'm glad I had the willpower to get up early and attend his classes at Competitive Edge Bayside. I walked in expecting the same old routine but exactly 60 minutes and 15 near death experiences later I realized that I had found my place. Tough but efficient. 5 stars. Thank you Jake!
