I met Mark 3 years ago in Florida when I was looking for a new program to get back in shape. When he recommended boxing I was a bit skeptical, but once I started training with him and our coach my technique quickly excelled, and I dropped 30 pounds in a matter of 3 months! I was very happy with my results and experience with Mark. He is an awesome coach.
Mark is a fabulous trainer. I never worked so hard and had so much fun. I was so sad when he left Florida to return to New York. You can't go wrong with Mark!
My experience with Mark, was good. He didn't force me to take on more than I could handle. As time went on, he pushed me to my limit. I doubted myself, but he taught me to atleast try first. After theee months, I've reached my fitness goals. I appreciate you Mark.
Mark is an excellent trainer! I had the privilege to train under him when he was in Florida. I fell in love with boxing and even though it wasn't always easy, Mark was a great encouragement and pushed me through my workouts. At the end of each session I left feeling pumped and like I accomplished something awesome! Anyone would be lucky to train under Mark. If I could I would move to New York and continue training with him. Take my word for it, He is the best there is out there!
New students have to go through a assessment.
Every client is different so I will always start with capabilities and restrictions.
I am currently studying and taking The Nasm course for certification.
I am also a coach at Elmcor Boxing gym.
I have over 15 years of boxing beneath my belt as well.
Training clients is a hobby for me, I enjoy it so no I don't have set prices.
I am flexible and willing to work with what is affordable for individual clients.
I am a gym rat... Even after a day of training I would not leave the gym . Sometimes I would work out 3 times day.
I figured I would help anyone who had a question or curiosity and I love that.
