About this pro

What's the point in being in great shape if you can't defend yourself? We focus on fitness and real self defense where it really happens in the field.

I have clients I've trained in the rain, snow, grass sand, beach, subway etc. It's a no nonsense approach that allows you to function under real conditions, not common in dojo's or boxing clubs. But there are indoor training options as well. In my Instagram: Thambofitness you can see my work with clients of different skill levels. But I like transforming beginners most.

The development, growth of, and connection with people. The master-student paradigm and process of developing warriors. Tuning in and connecting with the student, to see what they need next, is meditative for me.

I liked that the time was taken to better serve me, asking the right questions to find my needs and desire. My first time taking a self defense class so I didn’t know what to expect. It was a fenomenal experience that I recommend 100% to all. Thanks Quantum Mind/Body Fitness. Master Thambo you are an exceptional trainer.

Tailored goals, SO positive, works with your personality and temperament, ALWAYS encouraging, and insanely smart trainer. Osondu figures out who you are, what works for you, and shape-shifts his training to meet you where you're at AND get you where you're going.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge 210/ for single sessions in NYC, and less for packages of 10, or 20(most popular). Clients usually opt for 2 hour sessions(warning: training can be highly addictive). I also have semi-private,  unlimited and online options available.
