It's a no nonsense approach that allows you to function under real conditions, not common in dojo's or boxing clubs. But there are indoor training options as well. I take each student through a movement screening to evaluate any possible music imbalances or issues that may contraindicated exercise. Then I work with clients from where they are , to get them as fit and proficient in self defense in the shortest time frame possible.
