What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Patience...ask questions. .what are their long are they able to train..I teach them the basic foundation..In small steps..And gradually move forward as they advance and are comfortable..I want every student to feel a sense of accomplishment with every part of the lesson..success is happiness..A smile after class..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Black belts in Shotokan karate,Shindo ryu,matayoshi kobudo, wing chun...also personal trainer/cpr certified...presently teach and manage a school/dojo...also teach at local gyms..

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

The rates are hourly..depending on the lesson..but offer discounts...can vary between  $50-$60...but offer special deals..

How did you get started teaching?

Started at 8 years old..after watching BRUCE LEE FILMS...

What types of students have you worked with?

I have trained students from all walks of life...children and adults..I have taught at dojos,public schools,gyms,churches,and community centers..I have taught senior citizens, children with special needs as well..I have also trained athletes as well..

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The Olympics..The greatest gathering of athletes from all over the world...all united for one common purpose..the human spirit..peacefully...

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

To have patience . Success will come with time..never give up...

What is their goal.?..How can they achieve their goal?...And what do they need for success (determination,confidence,focus)..
