Hello...I'm Anthony Sensei..I'm here to help you with all your martial arts needs..Whether for self defense, fitness, competition, or just for fun...I've been teaching martial arts in the New York metropolitan area for over 20 years. ..I have trained numerous students to Black belt level..I teach Shotokan karate, wingchun, boxing, kickboxing, kobudo weapons...I also teach aerobic fitness and flexibility programs..I've taught at Ballys, lucille roberts, Executive fitness, etc...i can give you the tools you need to succeed...If your ready for success..Lets get started...

Black belts in Shotokan karate,Shindo ryu,matayoshi kobudo, wing chun...also personal trainer/cpr certified...presently teach and manage a school/dojo...also teach at local gyms..

The rates are hourly..depending on the lesson..but offer discounts...can vary between  $50-$60...but offer special deals..

I have trained students from all walks of life...children and adults..I have taught at dojos,public schools,gyms,churches,and community centers..I have taught senior citizens, children with special needs as well..I have also trained athletes as well..
