What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start off with footwork, head movement then proper punching technique/skill work and conditioning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifed personal trainer, certified in cpr/A.E.D and also a boxing coach with USA Boxing the governing body of Ameteur boxing in the United States. Trained by a pro ranked Boxer, High level Amateur boxer who made the Olympic boxing team. Also have first hand sparring and fight experience.

Make sure they are patient and listen and active when the instructor gives clear precise instructions.
