If you seriously want to learn the guitar, I’m an experienced and dedicated teacher who has studied with some of the greatest teachers, artists, authors. I will provide you with the advantage of not only having a solid foundation on the instrument, but developing technique so you can teach yourself any song any style. I am new on Lessons.com, so I have not posted any reviews (I have many on other websites, but I would never ask you to write me a review every time I decided to use an additional website). I will give you the first lesson for $10, with no additional obligations, just an honest review and I will help you with any question, or solve any problem you may be having on any technique, theoretical music concept, Fingerboard knowledge, Creativity, composition, songwriting, Singing in key, improvisation/jamming, creating Harmony, mastering any song.

Hi, my name is James! I'm a guitar teacher. Learning and playing a musical instrument can be such a positive and rewarding benefit to have in your life. With over 15 years of teaching experience. I want you to have an advantage musically, I have studied with some of the greatest musicians, authors and educators. I attended Musicians Institute (Hollywood, Ca.) where I maintained a 96 average in Harmony and Theory (The science of music). As a professional musician, my album of original acoustic finger-style music has been featured and played throughout the world. I have also performed live on various radio stations throughout the country. Recently I was involved in a Experimental Post-Rock instrumental project. I am also a contributing writer for product review on Futuremusic.com

I have helped and worked with many students accomplish their own individual goals on the guitar. For instance, I worked with a student who was primarily a rock guitarist, earn first seat in a very prestigious award winning High School Jazz band. I've also helped students pass their NYSSMA (New York State School Association) certifications in both the Classical guitar and Jazz guitar program. I've assisted and prepared students for Talent Shows, band auditions, open mics. music camp and college. I have worked with retirees who always wanted to learn how to play, but never had the time.
