I really enjoy teaching. I find that the experience of teaching not only helps the student but benefits me as well. I like seeing the progress of the student and seeing them expand the boundaries of the instrument. My teaching style is all about helping the individual. We are all different when it comes to learning the guitar. In teaching guitar and music for such A long time I can pick up what might be the weak point of the student and I can revolve the lesson plan to cover the needs of each individual student. I have a lot of experience teaching all levels of guitar. I cover music theory, technique, song writing as well as music business. My strong point is not only covering the music theory but making the student apply the theory to the instrument. I am proud to say many of my younger students have gone on to enter major music schools throughout the world.

I started playing guitar at the early age of 11 years old and by the time I was 14 years old I was already teaching the guitar at the local music store where I first took lessons. I was also in a band and performing at clubs in New York City. I was very dedicated to the instrument and spent a lot of time practicing and improving my skills. I continued taking lessons privately throughout high school because I wanted to keep improving. When it was time for college I went to a music college in New York called Five Towns college. I received a degree in Contemporary Music Theory and Performance. After college I decided to record my first CD with my band which was released through Sony Music entertainment. I now have a total of 5 CD's released internationally through Steve Vai 's Favored Nations Entertainment. I have a lot of experience in the music business as well as playing and teaching guitar. This comes in very handy when teaching students. I enjoy sharing my
