What is your typical process for working with a new student?
II teach all levels from advanced vinyasa and Ashtanga for seasoned practitioners and yoga in the chair for those who can't get onto the floor. I create personal practices for my students needs.
Yoga is a 10,000 year old science and when done properly for the individual shifts happen. I’ve worked with Tens of thousands of students over the last 22 years.
Everyone can practice yoga.
Everyone get relief from suffering whether it be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual....

I have been studying myself for a long time. I've been also formally studying for a long time.
