Hello,
My name is Thomas Marcial, and I am a Nassau county based guitar teacher with over 30 years of experience. I can teach you everything from classic rock to heavy metal, classical, and jazz guitar, as well as any other style you want to learn.
I studied classical guitar with Julio Prol, a pupil of the legendary Andrés Segovia, and jazz guitar with Joe Giglio. I have also played in various bands and ensembles, performing different genres of music.
I am patient, friendly, and supportive with my students. I will help you improve your skills, technique, and musicality. I will also teach you songs that you love, and introduce you to new music that will inspire you.

i have been playing for over 30 years in various professional situations. My studies include 10 years of Classical Guitar with Julio Prol, who was a pupil of Segovia and 10+ years of Jazz guitar with Joe Giglio.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching professionally in 2001 when my work schedule was reduced because of 9/11.
What types of students have you worked with?
The majority of my students are beginner to intermediate level of every age bracket. It is never too late or early to learn.
