FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We usually send them a quote. They contact us and we call them with specific information that they may be requesting. We then book a day/time that works best for them to come in for lessons.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our teachers are University trained.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Our students can sign up on a monthly or semester basis.

How did you get started teaching?

We have been teaching for over 10 years.

What types of students have you worked with?

We work with all ages/levels/styles.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We have recital and gigs every semester.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

It is extremely important to choose an instructor that is University trained because they have formal training in their area of expertise. They are well versed in many genres and styles and can give the student a well-rounded educational experience.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

They should think about what kind of music they would like to learn.

Why they would like to learn that specific instrument.

What are their expectations for their music lessons.
