I provide private, and semi-private instruction in boxing and MMA. I also provide strength and conditioning for athletes and general population clients. I have been training for over 20 years, I develop individualized training programs for all my clients.My students have completed in major promotions, Belator fighting championship, M1 global, Ring of combat, NYC Golden Gloves to name a few. I believe an athlete lives in all of us, let me help you unleash the champion in you!
