I train Pro & Ametuer fighters in Kickboxing & Boxing of all ages from 7 yrs. to 70 yrs. We train in a Boxing Gym with 2 rings and plenty of bags and other equipment.

I achieved 5th Degree Black Belt, I competed for 17 years, I was USA Kickboxing Champion and trained many champions of the years as well as Pro Boxers and Golden Glove Champions

depending on how many days a week you want to train I a train people 6 days a week.
