I am a licensed New York State Athletic commission boxing trainer. I was in the 1987 Golden Gloves, and I spent a year in Maniula Philippines trainer boxers at Manny Pacquiaos gym.
Here in the USA I train Men, Women and Children. I'm one of the best Trainers in NYC, but I know moneys tight now a days, so my lessons are only $25.00 only for 2 lessons a week, then if you want to come 5 days a week, i'll give you the other 3 for free. My workouts are hard, and fast as I'm in good shape, but i'll take it easy on you! (Smile)
Im licensed by the New York State Athletic Commission and i have many satisfied Customers around the world. I train our proud Military Vets too, Marines, Air Force, Navy, Army , and Coast Guard too, ill let you meet them, they are cool people.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I train the boxers to do the heavy bag,speed bag,crazy bag, and go in the ring to do cardio and pad work.

$160.00 a month unlimited lessons, which if you come twice a week, averages out to be $20.00 per lesson

I hav ebeen in boxing 30 years, and was in the 1987 Golden Gloves and I am a very good teacher of boxing
