About
I have knowledge in therapeutics and different types of yoga. Yin, Hatha, Bhakti, and Vinyasa. My focus is on strength training and relaxation. I can speak to yoga philosophy and the anatomy of yoga.
I love this practice because it is a spiritual and physical practice. When the gurus refer to "God" they don't mean one ultimate God. They mean a higher power, which can be the Hindi Gods, Christian God, Hebrew God, or simply the universe. It is a spiritual practice that everyone can relate to and it's a fantastic workout!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to offer to meet a few minutes before our first session to talk about what they want out of their practice. I'll explain a little bit about myself, we'll get to know each other and then we'll jump right in. I'll guide them through a flow, check in during the session and cater to whatever my client needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my 200hr certification from Abhaya Yoga in Brooklyn and an extra 50 hours of training from CorePower Yoga in Manhattan.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $100/hr with discounts offered if you buy a class pack. 10% off for 5 classes and 15% off for 10 classes. That comes out to $90 a class for 5 classes and $85 a class for 10 classes.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have an 89 year old client I've been seeing consistently for over a year. I also have a 70 year old client I see on an occasional basis. I work with people of all ages, shapes and sizes at CorePower Yoga.
