Singh's Martial Arts And Fitness
About
I do provide strength and conditioning based workouts, as well as Martial Arts specific training.
Aside from having valuable experience in many different martial arts, martial arts and fitness is my life long passion that I have pursued since 5 years old. I believe in individual based training, meaning every individual starts at a different point with different paths and goals in mind. Through my passion and experience for the arts, fitness, and health overall, I can provide individual based exercises for both fitness aspects and also martial arts ascpects, for every day people as well as those with learning disabilities.
I offer services for those aspiring to: improve their health, get in shape, learn self defense (women too!), learn how to breathe, learn techniques to focus and nurture the mind, and of course improve their fight game and all aspects surrounding (punching, kicking, clinch work, foot work, etc), losing weight can be a goal, but I like to work toward health instead, weight can be just a number, overall health is the most important.
