A. R. Fitness is a training program that has a variety of training systems that works with individuals of all ages who are dedicated to getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle. Some of the different training programs include personal training, football training, kickboxing and boxing. A. R. Was founded in 2012 on the campus of Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
One of the things that I enjoy most about the work that I do is the satisfaction of my clients. I love seeing their results and the progress that they are making throughout our training sessions.
Working with A.R Firness was amazing . The workouts were intense but really helpful. I saw results and I felt great. I loved working out with Antoine becaue it was very obvious that he is passionate about fitness. He actively tried to help me feel the same amount of passion and I really appreciated it.
Antoine is a great trainer! Every session he pushes me to break through any obstacles I've created for myself, and challenges me both physically and mentally.
Working with Antoine was amazing. He pushed me when I didn’t want to even finish. He made me want to work harder especially once I started seeing results come in. I now make working out apart of my daily routine because of him
I loved how Antione pushes you to your full potential but not too much. I would definitely recommend him to my friends!
When working with a new student, I start by finding out what their previous experiences are with training as well as any health issues I need to be aware of. There is normally a conversation that takes place after that which includes what I expect from them as a client and what they expect from me as a trainer. After that the fun begins!
I have a total of 8 years of football and track under my belt with 3 out of the 8 being on a collegiate level. I have been personal training for 6 years as well as teaching boxing for 4 years.
PLEASE READ!!! My prices are as follows
$20 for a 30 minute session
$28 for a 45 minute session
$36 for an hour
EACH price is per person. 45 minute sessions are the most popular. I always recommend one hour sessions to first timers. With first timers, one hour gives me more time to teach as well as get them through a full workout!
I started teaching when I was in high school during off season training from football and track. The passion and drive that I had for athletics pushed me to train harder and train my friends as well.
I have worked with students from the ages of 8-60. Some of the individuals were pre-surgery, post surgery, pregnant, and had current injuries.
My advice would be to find an individual who is knowledgeable in the subject that you want to learn. Find someone who is a good fit for you. Also someone who is going to push you towards your goals and hold you accountable. It's about living a healthy lifestyle.
Students should first think about any health issues that they have because safety is first. Students should think about their time schedules as well as distance and availability. Also ask questions about having the proper equipment.
