Pramod Sinha has been practicing Yoga for 50+ years and teaching yoga for last 20 years. His classes are a blend of eastern and western traditions of yoga and are tailored to meet the specific needs of the practitioner present. Through the practice of physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation, students seek to achieve the union of body, mind and spirit. His belief is that yoga is accessible to all regardless of shape, size or physical limitations. Yoga is an integral part of holistic lifestyle and with consistent practice can lead the practitioner to not only physical ease but also mental calmness and spiritual growth.

    I try to understand their specific issues. There is no one silver bullet. Then, I go back to drawing board taking help of Scriptures (Ayurveda and Yoga), Neuralbiology, Meditation Techniques to see what might work for the person. It could be afew trial and errors in the path.

    Professionally I am a Sematicist.Teacher for Graduate Students and a Data-Scientist. I started at the age of 4 with "Aghor Yoga" when my mother put me in an Ashram (Hermitage) to learn techniques that could heal my father.  actively practiced Yoga and ancillaries since then. I  am 63 now so you can guess how many years of practice I have.

    We come from a school where purity of spiritual, mental and physical (in that order) was strictly disciplined and practiced. I do expect my disciples to understand, believe and practice the priciples of the Yoga because I am not a businessman. I am a teacher.
