Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement was born in January 2018 and our mission is to bring yoga to everybody and every body. Respecting individual differences of each practitioner, we wanted to create a safe space for everyone to practice yoga.
At Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement, we welcome everyone – whether or not you have practiced yoga before we believe there is a class at the studio that is perfect just for you.
Our space can only accommodate 12 people at a time giving our teachers the opportunity to provide individual attention to every student in their practice.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Anyone who is new to yoga is welcome to attend our gentle Yoga or a Yin Yoga class. After that, if the student feels comfortable, they can move to our Slow Flow or Vinyasa classes.
All our teachers offer modifications and variations in their classes for all the students to enjoy their practice regardless of where they are in their yoga journey.
