
I have been teaching movement and meditation based classes for ten years, and am certified in Indoor Cycling, Barre, and TRX. I also have over three-hundred hours of Pilates training, Mat and Apparatus, and am a 200RYT with Yoga Alliance. Finally, I am a certified Reiki practitioner. What all of this means is that I am able to work closely with students to create a movement or mindfulness program that best suits their individual needs.
I am a firm believer that movement and meditation heals. My passion is creating a safe and supportive environment where students can begin their own healing journey towards becoming the best possible version of themselves.
