Realized I wanted to contribute to helping transform people’s lives from the inside out.

I have worked with all levels and all ages. From kids yoga to seniors.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy teaching a private yoga season with a client and I also enjoyed teaching goat yoga for a private event.
