About
Training with me, you will improve, reach your goals, and have fun doing so. Take the work, out of the workout. I have vast experience, knowledge of fitness, coach a variety of sports, and have worked with all ages from elementary students to adults. I tailor each workout to address and progress each individual towards their goals.
I enjoy every aspect of what I do. Nothing beats a smile, confidence, and the satisfaction of helping someone reach their goals in life. I am just happy I could guide them through that journey to help each individual or team make strides for success on the court, on the field, or in the classroom.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After the quote I sent, I would like the parent or guardian to contact me by phone, either call or text to discuss the training and what they can expect from my classes. I understand this site is not screened so after that conversation, I am willing to email any additional information such as a background check or clearance to work with the youth. A small part of the first lesson is for evaluation to determine the level of the student and plan future lessons with the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played sports ranging from soccer, baseball, basketball, and wrestling. Working out of a gym during college and shadowing personal trainers led me to get a personal training certificate. Also, have 6 years experience coaching basketball, wrestling, and cross country.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
For the most part my pricing is standard on a per hour or per session rate depending on the facility we use for the session. Most of the quotes will include any facility costs.
How did you get started teaching?
In short, my thirst for knowledge and passion for learning. I started shadowing some personal trainers, which led me to become a personal trainer at age 21. After graduating college, I volunteered as a basketball coach at a local high school for 2 years and realized teaching, sharing knowledge, and helping others in their goals is what I love to do.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with a wide range of ages from elementary students to adults, beginner athletes to profressionals, and could cater lessons to your abilitiy. Whether you are more advance, beginning to learn about the sport and techiques, I train at a pace that is most beneficial to the athlete.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A 17 point 2nd Half comeback to win the championship against a team that we lost to in the championship game the previous year.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Coaches online can be a dime a dozen but if you want someone who is reliable, consistent, and shares your passion to reach your goals as much you as, you have found your coach or trainer.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Student should think about their goals ahead of time. Both short term goals like making the team next year, long term goals such as gaining a college scholarship and what effort they want to put in to reach those goals. It is important to discuss training with your parents before we start training.
