I’m a personal trainer and the founder of Fourth Dimension Fitness. I help people feel strong, move better, and build sustainable routines that actually work—for real life.
I mix traditional strength training with unconventional tools (think steel mace, kettlebells, creative bodyweight flows) to create custom programs that are fun, functional, and geared toward longevity. If something feels off, I want to fix it. If you’re stuck, I’ll meet you there and help you move forward.
My whole vibe is about helping you feel good in your body, get out of pain, and trust your own strength. I coach one-on-one, offer tailored training plans, and make sure everything we do fits you—not the other way around.
