Frequently asked questions

We will first meet in person or FaceTime (which ever works best for the client)

During the initial meeting we will discuss fitness goals, current lifestyle, and get to know each other a little to make sure we are a match.

During the meeting, we will pick a day for the client to get a complimentary session to get a feel for LMGfit training. After this session, if everything checks out, we will pick time, day & training location.

Prior to personal training I had a career in law enforcement but unfortunately I was not helping people as much as I wanted to nor feeling fulfilled with what I was doing.

I had met a few private trainers in my condo building & fell in love with the lifestyle. After some consideration, I decided to switch careers and become an entrepreneur personal trainer.

I've worked with kids (8-15), young adults, and adults over the age of 50...
I work with clients with physical disabilities as well as clients with lower back/hip/shoulder pain

Always evaluate your trainer and make sure you like them as a person. Someone you can respect but have fun with because constantly communicating goals is super important.

What are your current fitness goals and why?

What have you been doing to try to achieve your goals?

Why is this a great time to get a trainer compared to the past?
