I started working with Yohannes after I lost 2 of my last 3 boxing fights. I knew I was missing something out of my training. Having never done any type of strength and conditioning training, I was a bit nervous as to what to expect. Yohannes brought me in for an initial assessment and the rest is history.
I won my last 2 amateur fights right before the pandemic hit. He (Yohannes) created a program that not only increased my level of strength but my conditioning was never that dialed in before I started working with him.
Ive been working with him remotely but believe me, once things open back up, Ill be back to our in-person sessions.
Anyone who needs not only a knowledgeable strength and conditioning coach but a caring and encouraging person, Yohannes gets my thumbs up!!

Being an athlete throughout high school and college, I've developed a passion for strength training and fitness. After college, I started to compete in combat sports (MMA, boxing, kickboxing) with that, it furthered my passion. Through this pursuit, I came in touch with something more profound, my passion for service and helping others. It's because of that I've continued to invest in my education with this industry.

I've worked with a variety of people. Everyone from stay at home mom's, rugby players to professional athletes.
