    Finding out their abilities and strengths so we work on foot work then the mechanics of punching jabs hooks straights and upper cuts. The typical boxing work outs will be included then accelerated as more progress is seen

    Boxing I've trained in boxing for many years most my workouts were all formulated to boxing regimens 

    40 and hour 

    20 1/2 hour

    1 hour 3 times a week for a month 500 

    if more or less will work with client depending on their goals also meal plans 

    Someone that understands people are all different and react to excercises at different paces and each have their own strengths

    Make sure they understand the basics of wrapping hands choosing gloves for their body stature and to make sure they understand how to throw punches without injury
