I have been in the fitness field for 25 years teaching fitness classes of every kind and personal training. The last 15 years have been in my own business after traveling to get certified in ashtanga hot yoga. I integrate different disciplines of yoga to keep it fresh and new. Private yoga and personal training lessons are offered as well as small groups. Classes are always taught with modifications so all levels are encouraged and their are no expectations but your own.
I love to help people reach their goals as well as just teaching clients how to exercise for the first time , even to take a class and see that everyone can do it !
