About
We are located inside the Vintage Warehouse.
Our mission is to provide a genuine and sustainable yoga practice that will continue to evolve the physical and emotional health of our students. If you ever wanted to try yoga, this is a good place to start with.
We want to provide a space for yoga practitioners and teachers to meditate, practice, and/or share their passion and knowledge about yoga. If you need a place to enhance your practice and/or maybe offer some classes or workshops, this is a great space for you.
We welcome people with any background and experiences, and we will do our best to create a space that is safe and nourishing for all.
