What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start with discussing the needs of the client, explaing how we would work together to achieve thier goals. We would then decide if we are a good fit and figure out a plan to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness and wellness business for 20 years. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Spin Instructor, Silver Sneakers, and hold many other training certificates.
I owned my a Fitness and Wellness Studio for 12 years, with 5 trainers working for me, prior to moving to the Nashville area.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private session vary from $40-$70, depending on the length and location.
How did you get started teaching?
My mother owned a gym, since I was 4 years old, my father was a coach, and I was always an athlete. I love teaching and helping people through fitness. When I was 19, I got certified to start teaching group fitness classes and haven't looked back.
What types of students have you worked with?
A very diverse set of clients: Kids, Seniors, Pre/Post Natal, clients with 100+ pounds to lose, and people that just want to feel better/do more in life at any age or ability.
