I am a very detailed trainer who went to school for exercise science. I love to pour my heart and soul into my clients and my sessions. I work with over 100 athletes currently. I have 25 playing college basketball and 8 playing division 1 basketball. I have football, baseball, track, soccer, and boxing clients.
I train mostly out of Lebanon Tennessee but I travel for groups.
