What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Most importantly a Fitness Evaluatioin & a Health History & Past to see if there are any injuries/health issues that need to be addressed. Then we discuss your goals & how long you have to accomplish those goals. Once those objectives are determined, we will ask if you prefer a male or female trainer & what your availability is so we can match you with the best trainer that will help you reach your goals.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our trainers have college degrees & certifications, but most importantly they are able to teach at a very understandable & unitimidating level.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$40/half hour

Also, we offer packakges. the more you purchase the less it becomes.

How did you get started teaching?

I started training boys in our neighborhood out of my parents gararge when I was 14.

What types of students have you worked with?

All types & ages.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The FLEX LEWIS CLASSIC BODYBUILDING competition where I WON both the Masters Over 40 & 50 bodybuilding divisions this year/2017. Please check out WADEMADEPHYSIQUES on IG.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look at their age, credentionals & how long they have been in the fitness industry. Don't just go by price, if someone has been in the indusrty for a long time they are going to be more expensive, but well worth the cost of getting you there quicker & safer.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Most importantly, what's your "WHY"?

What am I going to have to sacrifice to reach my goals.

Are you "COMMITTED"?
