I have a one of a kind fitness training program that includes Boxing and Self Defense.  One of the best ways to get in shape is to train like a Boxer.  With HIIT, Jump Rope, Strength, Weight and Speed/Agility mixed with Boxing - you not only become extremely fit, lean and strong but you become someone that can protect themselves at all times!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I usually set up a consultation and assesment that is free if the student decides to move forward with lessons.  The consultation begins with a discussioin about health, personal habits, goals and fitness level.  And then ends with a short beginners boxing workout!
