There's nothing like the sweet science of boxing to challenge every beginner as well as the experienced athlete. Boxing training not only improves your fitness and all the benefits of high intensity workout but it also serves as a great self defense tool. Boxing training takes mental toughness, focus, spiritual awareness and at its core a beautiful expression of oneself.
As a boxing student I enjoyed the workouts and the way it challenged every fiber of my being. It revealed a lot about who I was as a young man. It has taken me to many different places across the country and it has given me life long friends. Today as a member of USA Boxing I am able to continue to make a difference as a coach. I have enjoyed every minute of it and I feel as if it is my duty to pass on my experiences to my students.
